of your guests don't have to be a nightmare ever again. With FunctionRSVP
you will
never miss a guest again!
It' s so simple:

Register
on our site and pay for the amount of functions you want to use for
RSVP purposes. It can be one only or as many as you
like.

Login
and add your function details.
- Type or create your e-mail invitation in your
favourite e-mail program (See how...) and add the
link provided when you added your function.
- Send the invitation to your guests.
- Your guests can now click the link and complete their
RSVP details.
- Everything is recorded in your function's details. You can now
login and
find your list of guests.
 Tip: If people reply directly to you by phone or other way, use the
link to load their RSVP details. This way you'll have all the info in one
place.
What can you do with the guest list?
- Search any criteria: Town, Gender, Confirmed (yes or no), Dietary
requirements, etc.
- See number of guests confirmed (or not).
- Print list in alphabetical order by name, surname, town, etc.
- Export the list in different formats (Excel, Word, PDF, etc.) for
follow-up, seating arrangements, etc.
- Use the info for future functions.
